University Dormitory Accommodation

For those who have been accepted to stay at the university dormitory, please note that you will be accommodated in private units at the CROUS Student residence "LES GAZELLES" located in Aix-en-Provence at the following address:

Arrivals are expected on June 29 and departures on July 5 before 11 am. In case of late arrival, please contact the phone numbers communicated by email to organize the pick-up of the keys.

We are pleased to inform you that 150 rooms have been booked this year, providing much more availability than last time.

Breakfasts are served at the Cafeteria within the residence from Monday to Friday.

Room Cleaning Requirement

Before your departure, it is mandatory to clean up your room, including throwing out all garbage bags. Last year, the residence management issued a penalty of 25% on the bill due to uncleaned rooms. This time, any participant who does not comply with this requirement will be responsible for covering the penalty fee.

For those who have not been accepted to stay at the university dormitory, please book your accommodation by yourself. Please note that the date of the ITER International School coincides with the peak tourist season, and accommodations in Aix-en-Provence are in high demand.
